It makes for a perfect snack for the evening or can be enjoyed as a starter before your meals. Preparing delicious Spring Rolls at home is no more a hassle. Watch and learn how to make veg spring rolls in just a few simple steps. Try this amazing dish at home now and impress your family members! INGREDIENTS: 1. Spring Roll Wrappers: 12 No (As per the requirement) 2. Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodle: 1 pkt (150 gm) 3. Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodle Masala: 1 ½ tsp 4. Cut Vegetables (Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicum, Spring Onion): 2 Cups 5. Oil: 4 tbsp 6. Garlic, Finely Chopped: 4 to 5 Cloves 7. Ginger, Finely Chopped: 1 to 2 Inches 8. Ching's Secret Chilli Vinegar: ½ tsp 9. Ching's Secret Dark Soy Sauce: ½ tsp 10. Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp 11. Salt: No Need to Add 12. Maida: 3 tbsp dissolve in 1/4th cup of water 13. Oil: for deep frying COOKING INSTRUCTION: Filling: 1. Boil 1 pack of Ching’s Secret Hakka Noodles as per instruction on the pack & keep aside. 2. Place a wok or pan on the heat, heat the oil. Then add garlic, ginger and sauté them on a medium heat for a few seconds, till aromatic. 3. Add the julienne cut vegetables, sauté on a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until the vegetables get slightly cooked, but retain their crunch. 4. Add the dark soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Sauté this for 2 minutes 5. Add the al dante cooked noodle. Finally, sprinkle Ching’s Secret Chowmein Hakka Noodle Masala. Sprinkle some water. Toss together for 3-4 minutes with the heat on medium, so the noodles are well mixed with the masala and seasoned evenly. 6. Chowmein Hakka Noodle is ready, allow it to cool completely and keep aside. Wrapping Rolls: 1. Place each square spring roll wrapper on a flat surface. Apply a little flour paste along the edges of the wrapper. Place a tablespoon of the filling at one corner/edge of the wrapper. 2. Fold in from the filled corner and begin rolling until you reach the center. When you reach the center, fold the ends arising from the center. 3. At this stage, apply the flour paste again on the edges and roll until you reach the end. Make sure the edges are sealed well. The flour paste is important as it helps to seal the spring rolls, so they don't open up when deep-fried. 4. Repeat the same process and proceed to make the rest of the spring rolls. 5. Preheat the oil for deep frying; add in a few rolls at a time and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown in color. 6.
